Monday Nights April 5 - September 4 2010: Play in a hybrid pick-up scrimmage league for dedicated ultimate players looking for high-level play during the week in New York City through Fall. Games on Monday evenings 6PM-10PM (or later) at the artifical turf field at McCarren Park (directions), conveniently located, and considered one of the best athletic fields in New York City! You may register as an individual without a team affiliation as "pick-up" or join a core team. The registration fee is $50.* (An additional accident/liability surcharge may be applied).

I AM AN ADULT: In participating in this league I understand that Ultimate is an intense athletic activity that requires me to be in good physical condition and with it comes the risk of accidental physical injury. If I get hurt, I will not blame the organizers or the NYC Parks and Recreation Department. I am responsible for my own actions and promise not to break the law or NYC Parks Department rules while participating in this league. I will abide by the league format determined by the league organizers. Most importantly, I will adhere to the ultimate creed Spirit of the Game, and understand I could be removed from the roster if I do not behave accordingly. If the league is oversubscribed, I understand that I may be waitlisted. I will provide a signed waiver before participating in this league. PRINT WAIVER

You understand that Ultimate is an activity that involves physical risk with real possibility of injury. You agree to release, discharge, and to hold harmless the league organizers, and will provide a signed waiver to that effect before taking the field. Further, be advised that we are collecting these fees primarily to pay for an extensive sports permit with the NYC Parks Department, that has confirmed the permit to run from April through September, from 6-10PM on Monday evenings. In addition, a general liability accident policy surcharge may be applied. If for any reason that permit is cancelled, pro-rated refunds will be issued (minus Paypal processing fees). The organizers reserve the right to cancel registration at any point. League organizers have the right to organize the game format, competitive or pick-up and fees are only refundable at the discretion of the organizers.
